Is it better to brush your teeth before or after breakfast?
my mom asked me if I brush my teeth and said that after breakfast. got to the crisis and said that his breath smells bad at night and are not "germs" that can be done in the air, if do not brush before eating. I think it is ridiculous to the point of brushing your teeth is about cleaning. I do not want to eat after brushing his "dirty" again and smell. I think you better brush afterwords to get rid of "germs" and food, all in one. two birds with one stone.
