William Regal has a tattoo of Chris Benoit?

I went to WWE event last year, before William Regal became the Gen. Manager of Raw, and I have a program book with all the stats of all the wrestlers, and also their pictures. On William Regal’s page, their is a full length pic of him and on his lower left arm is a tattoo of a flower and the name Chris, I just found it kinda interesting, and also, I would figure if it was something pertaining to Benoit they would have air brushed it out and this was after the Benoit ordeal. If you have any info I would appreciate it! Thanks
