Air Brush Jobs

Is the US Air force ASVAB test similar to the prep & example ASVAB tests located on Military.com/ASVAB?
I definitely want to make sure I score high on the ASVAB test so that I have greater options on an occupation in the air force. I was told my goal should be to score above a 36 and focus on mathematics and vocabulary comprehension. My recruiter told me either I know it or I don’t so not to worry about it. Of course I did some online research anyway and discovered on the actual US military website it encourages me to study and take the example tests on the website to have greater chances and choosing a job I would like. My scores have been decent so far, I still need to study more to brush up a bit on the basics since I’m not a recent graduate. If you have taken the ASVAB and viewed the sample ASVAB tests on Military.com, was it similar?
I separated from the Marines recently. Before i left, i took a prep class which involved a retake of the ASVAB so it can refresh my memory for college. During the month, there were a couple of Airmen taking the course with us. So yes, it is the same, but Air force has a higher demand for scores. Do not go into the military unless your GT score is 110 or higher(they usually don’t tell you this), if you don’t know what that is ASK!!!. Your ASVAB is the accumulative score. Your GT is a part of the ASVAB; it’s the Important score they look at and don’t settle for less, otherwise your occupation pick will be no so great. Good Luck!!!
