How do drug manufacturers clean the machines?

I found a foreign body in a strip of pain killers, which the drug company claim is from a brush used to clean the machine. However, I have heard from another source that the machines are cleaned with water and air.

I don’t know how they clean their machines, but clearly, the company didn’t want you to press charge, which you should do by the way. People pay already a lot for medication that doesn,t worth the price, so they should expect clean and safe products.
