where to dry the oil painting?

Hello, had a question for the oil painters out there. I am just beginning to oil paint and will be using mineral spirits for thinning the oil paint and cleaning my brushes. I’ll be painting in m bedroom. Should I open up the windows for some air while painting?
Also, once I am done painting, where should I leave it to dry to touch? In the room itself or should I put it outside on the porch? Please let me know. Really want to finish oil painting the correct way.
Thanks!

Yes you should be in a ventilated area, so open you window.
And no don’t leave it out side, just hang it on your wall until it becomes dry to the touch. The oils and the mineral spirits will attract bugs to your painting which you don’t want all over your painting.
