Air Brush Utensils

June 6th, 2009 admin

Wouldn’t it be more sanitary to keep your toothbrush in the kitchen and brush in there too?

The bathroom air carries lots of germs (I won’t go into detail). So your toothbrush is just sitting there waiting for those germs to land on it – yuk! The kitchen sink is where we put dishes and utensils that have our mouth germs, so why not clean our teeth there too?

Where you keep and use your toothbrush isn’t that important. If the toothbrush dries out between uses it will not grow bacteria and mold. Your mouth has lots of bacteria so the brush has them on it when you finish brushing.

The most sanitary way if you want to feel safe would be to put a small amount of mouthwash in a glass (Listerine is the best disinfectant) and dip the brush in it before you start brushing. You could then use the mouthwash for a rinse when you finish. If that won’t give you a nice clean sweet smelling smile I don’t know what will.
