What are some good Makeup tips for Dark brown Hair, dark blue eyes,fair skin, and skinny figure?
I have dark wavy brown hair, dark grayish blue eyes, fair skin (No freckles except one to the left of my nose) and a skinny figure. What are some good Makeup tips???
Okay, ignore the figure thing, that really doesn’t matter I guess :p, but it may have some effects on the face shape if that helps!
Figure could help, its fine your just giving as much information as you can. 
Anyway,
a thick layer of grey eyeliner in your water line & dark black mascara would bring out your eyes well!
Maybe some kind of cover up to hide those freckles.
& last but not least top it off with some light pink blush with a clear lip gloss.
